Through Fu Chuan Company, users can use RMB to purchase original spare parts and buy service. In addition, 4 representative offices in China all equipped with skilled & professional service engineers. The total number of service engineers and application engineers are 8 persons. Moreover, in order to further strengthen the after-sales service, from November 2014, EMCO headquarter sent a German senior service engineer Mr. Heiko Wenzel resident in Shanghai. |

Meanwhile, for provide more professional and timely after-sales service in China, we also equipped with spare parts storehouse, which stored spare parts and special tools and gages used for all EMCO series of machine’s installation |
SPECIAL SERVICE
Characteristic Service: the company currently has 3 senior application engineers, responsible for providing user specified parts processing scheme during pre-sales and after-sales, completed the turnkey project and have advanced application training on the machine. At present has completed more than 30 “turn-key” projects on EMCO machine.
